I have extensive professional experience supporting people through a variety of emotional difficulties, however, will always adjust my approach to your unique personal circumstances.
I work from an existential, humanistic perspective while drawing upon approaches tailored to what you bring to therapy, always offering time and space to focus on what matters most to you. I will support you in expressing what it feels like to be you, while honouring your personal experiences and working collaboratively with your hopes and aspirations.
I’m available to see clients in person at my independent practice in Blythswood Hill, which offers a comfortable, private, and welcoming setting. You can also arrange a free telephone or in person consultation, where we can have a relaxed conversation about what’s on your mind, your goals for therapy, and consider together whether I’m the right fit for you.
