Thank you for visiting my website, my name is Paul and I’m an accredited psychotherapist based in Glasgow city centre. My goal as a therapist is to acquire a sense of what it feels like to be you, by cultivating a space where you feel safe enough to share what is really on your mind. By adopting an integrative approach, I will always adapt to you in a way that is truly client centred and collaborative. I have extensive professional experience working with a diverse range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and bereavement, however will always tailor my approach to your unique personal circumstances
Working with an existentially informed humanistic framework, I am primarily interested in understanding you as a person, allowing time and space to explore the issues and themes that are important to you. My approach is characterised by curiosity of the human condition and informed by philosophy, art and literature in addition to psychology and psychotherapy
I only offer in person therapy in a comfortable and private Blythswood Hill venue and sessions can be arranged flexibly to suit you.
